Along with supporting our international and domestic community projects, ACHA hosts charity fundraising events such as Galas, Wine Tastings, Golf Outings, and Tastes of Italy.
Audia Caring Heritage Association is always planning new ways to generate that precious thing we refer to as funds but we have established a few activities that are annual events. We hope you will participate and support our mission.

ACHA Gala
The Mercatina di Caritá is our annual fundraising event that not only allows ACHA to generate much needed funds, it features a night of “old world” Italy and the excitement of “chance” as we transform the beautiful Bella Sera into an Italian marketplace and offer the exhilaration of a “Monte Carlo” experience. Held in early November, this event is a wonderful way to kick off the winter holiday season. The marketplace provides the perfect opportunity to purchase unique holiday gifts while supporting ACHA.
Wine Tasting
"Buoni Amici, Buoni Pasti, Buoni Vino, Tutto per Caritá," or “Good Friends, good food, good wine, all for Charity” was added in 2010. This fundraising event has already proven wildly successful as friends of ACHA gathered to enjoy a variety of wines, sample delicious food prepared by Piccolina’s Italian Restaurant, while being serenaded by Benjamin DeFazio, whose stage presence provided a festive experience to top off the event. Proceeds of this event support our efforts with local and international projects. The 2010 event's proceeds supported the Washington City Mission Avis Arbor Women and Children Homeless Shelter and Wesley Spectrum Services program for children with autism. The success of the 2010 event made it a signature kick-off to the summer season as it became our May spectacular.
Golf Outings
The ACHA Golf Outing is fun for golfers of all abilities. Held in spring or summer in the Pittsburgh area, the outings include golf, prizes, and lots of food. The day ends by enjoying a delicious dinner, Italian style.
Taste of Italy
The Taste of Italy is an annual fundraising event hosted by the West Virginia chapter held in Morgantown. It is a delightful evening of wonderful Italian food and wine tasting. This is a very casual way to celebrate with friends and family and support ACHA projects. You won't want to miss the opportunity to bid on one of the great auction items offered each year!
